Shalom Home Care is a family-operated organization, born out of the need for a high-quality, Jewish, specialized, hands-on agency. Our family will take care of yours as if they are our own. With our strict hiring practices, training protocols, and core values, we strive to assist our community.
We are children and mothers, and sisters and brothers who also care for our own parents. We understand that finding trustworthy care for an aging parent can be a difficult and emotional process.

Our founder Evgeniya Bakshy has been in the medical field for over 20 years and she understands every aspect of the health industry.
From a Registered Nurse, to a nurse manager specializing in geriatric care, to a business owner, she believes in culturally sensitive care with high standards and compassion.
Ms. Bakshy affirms that culturally sensitive care with a deep understanding of traditions and practices enables a better environment for clients and improves their experience with caregivers.
Ms. Bakshy believes in making a difference in each client's experience and the community at large. She launched Shalom Home Care as an agency to bring culturally sensitive home health care to people in her community. As someone who focuses on getting results, specifically, through involvement in client care as a nurse, Evgeniya actively participates in setting high quality standards for the home care industry.
